If you do not agree with these policies, your sole remedy is to not use this site.
Color; You understand and agree that commercially reasonable efforts have been made to display the colors of original works of art accurately on this site. As individual monitors display colors differently, Carla Bank Art is not responsible for the color accuracy and your sole remedy for any inconsistencies in color as per your perception is to return the painting for a store credit.
Ownership of Content - Intellectual Property; The materials contained in this site are protected by United States copyright law, all rights reserved and all other laws of the United States. Carla Bank has the exclusive intellectual property rights to all photos, images, text, videos and any other material or content included on this site.

Purchasing Policy; On completion of your order you will be sent a verification email.Carla Bank Art will make reasonable efforts to ship the artwork to you within 10 days of the order being placed. When your artwork has been shipped you will be sent an email notification of shipping that includes the delivery tracking number if applicable.
Payments; eCommerce Payment Processor; Payments are made through a third party payment processors, Stripe or Paypal, and processing of payments is subject to the third party’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You agree to pay Carla Bank Art, through the payment processor, the full amount as charged.
Customer Complaints; If there are any problems or discrepancies with your order, you shall notify me within 5 days of receipt of your delivery via email to carla@carlabank.com
Limitation of Liability; Carla Bank Art’s liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the artwork and your sole remedy is limited to the amount you paid for the artwork.
Governing Law; These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. You agree that any action to enforce these Terms and Conditions will be brought solely in the State and Federal courts of Illinois
